In order to supply application-oriented products, the lifters have been designed as a modular system. Modular design offers an enormous range of combinations and option for user-specific adaptation to the handling task and the workplace. EXPRESSO manufactures the lifters of aluminium and high-quality stainless steel. The self-supporting aluminium construction results in an excellent ratio between empty weight and payload.Of course we can also supply overall solutions for handling standardized industrial containers. Widening and lengthening options add the finishing touches to the modular system.
Overall heights and lifting strokes
Different overall pillar heights up to 3000 mm, and lifting strokes up to 2400 mm. Optimum adaptation to available working space, and also when passing under overhead obstructions, through doors and gates, and when entering elevators.
Payloads
45, 85, 125, 175, and 225 kg
Perfect adaptation in terms of ratio between empty weight and payload
Wheelbases
Various wheelbase lengths and widths.
Three different wheelbases:
Type 1 with large, convenient swivel castors,
Type 2 with dual swivel castors in front (palette-compatible height), and
Type 3 with fixed castors at the front and minimum height.
Specific wheelbase designs for precise adaptation to the handling task. Various wheel sizes for optimum adaptation to handling task and working environment.
Load handling attachments
Customized load carriers, platforms, tipping, rotating & gripping devices provide individual handling solutions for every application
Power supply
Standard, rechargeable batteries without memory effect. Top-up and interim charging of the battery power packs with an intelligent charging unit that monitors the charging characteristic. Various battery capacities to suit different conditions, e.g. for multi-shift or continuous operation.
