Ergonomic, height-adjustable sensor handle

with capacitive hand detection. Simply by touching the sensor handle, the LEO “obeys” the operator's natural movements. The handle contains the control elements for the specific application.

Emergency Stop button

with integral keyswitch.

Charging and programming connectors

are located at the rear of the single tug.

Battery exchange system

is mounted at the side of the tug. Its simple handling permits fast and simple exchange of the batteries to ensure continuous availability of the tug.

Customized

to suit any kind of trolley/dolly frame. Individual adapters are made to customer specifications.

Drive

Brushless synchronous AC motor and two independent braking systems: regenerative (during operation), and mechanical (parking brake). During normal operation, the regenerative brake always ensures reliable control of the vehicle, especially on inclines. The parking brake is applied automatically when sensor handles are released.
