The office hours of our Customer Center are Monday to Thursday from 7:45 to 16:30, and Friday from 7:45 to 15:00. On request, our employees are happy to arrange an individual appointment with you.
Our customer service will answer your e-mails at short notice. Outside the office hours, you can leave a message on the phone answering machine, and we will come back to you as soon as possible. We look forward to talking with you.
